      Macheps LLC is located in United States. Most of our engineers are located in South Florida.

      We are an agile company, that means we work with you during the whole design/implementation process. We will release new functionality for your solution every two weeks, until we finish your project.

    • How do you protect customer information?

      We will never store your information in our servers. Never. During development we use anonymized data and in any case we implement common industry-standard security measures to maintain the safety of sensitive information. All user data is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted for storage only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

    • Do you usually sign and NDA before starting working with customers?

      Yes. 100% of the time we sign a Non-disclosure agreement with our customers.

    • As a customer, how can I keep track of my solution?

      Once we start working together, we are going to give your access to your project dashboard. There, you will be able to track what we are working on, how long is taking and who is working on that.
